Red Teaming
At its core, red teaming is a commitment to out-of-the-box thinking in service of a defined objective.
STRATEGY
Red Team Analysis
Red team analysis originated within the military and intelligence community as a way of stress-testing plans and assumptions before they were put into action. Rather than simply reviewing a strategy from the inside, a red team is assigned to think like an adversary, or simply to think differently, so that competing scenarios can be evaluated before a decision is finalized.
The value of the exercise lies not in second-guessing for its own sake, but in surfacing blind spots, untested assumptions, and alternative paths that the team closest to the plan may not see. Sarelson & Sajdera, PLLC brings that same discipline to the practice of law.
Litigation strategy is often developed by a single legal team that has been immersed in a case for months or years. That depth of knowledge is essential, but it can also make it difficult to see a case with fresh eyes, or to fully consider approaches that fall outside the strategy already in motion.
We offer red team analysis of litigation strategy for clients and for other law firms, providing an independent, candid assessment of the strategy, arguments, and risks in a matter.

HOW IT WORKS
Our Process
Reviewing the Record
We function as a second set of eyes, reviewing the record, the legal theories in play, and the overall trajectory of the case.
Independent Assessment
we deliver a candid assessment of where we agree with the current approach and where we see risk or opportunity that warrants a closer look.
A Constructive Conversation
We also serve as an intermediary between a client and its existing law firm when that relationship calls for an independent perspective.
GET STARTED
The Rigor, Discretion, and Independence the Exercise Demands
We approach every engagement by asking not only whether a strategy will work, but whether it is the best available path to the result the client is trying to achieve. When the stakes are high, that additional layer of scrutiny can be the difference between a strategy that survives contact with opposing counsel, a judge, or a jury, and one that does not. Sarelson & Sajdera, PLLC offers that scrutiny with the rigor, discretion, and independence the exercise demands.
